Greater Twin Cities United Way is looking for volunteers to participate in Volunteer: Give it a Whirl! April 27-May 3. Visit www.whirl.unitedwaytwincities.org to find a project that interests you. United Way Caring Connection has coordinated over 100 projects across the Twin Cities metro during National Volunteer Week, with projects that range from preparing and serving food to interacting with kids or playing bingo with seniors. We rely on volunteers to improve lives and strengthen communities ─ every helping hand means the world to someone else! You can sign-up individually, but registering with a group is strongly encouraged. At the conclusion of the event, volunteers will be invited to attend a free rally that will celebrate their accomplishments.
