Monica Delius

Burnsville Chamber Ambassador Monica Delius

Since 2018:  Why did you join the Ambassador Committee?  I joined the Ambassador Committee so I could wear real clothes again! As a yoga instructor my “real clothes” often stay home. Seriously, the main reason I joined the committee is because I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories. I am passionate about connecting businesses with common goals and interests.

We have such a wide array of businesses who are part of the Chamber.  I look forward to learning more about their businesses and welcoming new members as well. As a Burnsville resident for over 20 years I am excited to help the Chamber grow in 2018.

Burnsville Chamber Ambassdaor Dale Dupplong

Since 2018:  Why did you join the Ambassador Committee?  I requested to be an ambassador because I believe in helping people and the businesses they own or operate get the exposure that their business needs, not just to survive…but to thrive.  A lot of business owners are not social people at heart, that is where we, as ambassadors of the Chamber of Commerce can help.  We can be the social extension of their business and bridge the gap that is created by a lack of business exposure created by the inherent nature of their business.

Since 2018:  Why did you join the Ambassador Committee?  Maybe it’s the marketing background in me but I have a sincere passion for learning about other local businesses, hearing their story, finding out what makes them unique and visiting their locations to experience their environment. As an ambassador the better I get to know other business owners and the services they provide, the better both myself and Integrated can provide referrals to these businesses.

Since 2018:  Why did you join the Ambassador Committee?  When I started Precision Signs & Imaging almost 6 years ago, and relocated to my current location in Burnsville, I immediately joined the Burnsville Chamber of Commerce. It was soon thereafter that I saw what the role of a Chamber Ambassador was, promoting the Chamber, helping to recruit new members and retain current membership. Yet Ambassadors were able to promote their business at the same time. A win-win-win as far as I’m concerned, as a strong Chamber helps all area businesses, and the Burnsville community in general.

Since 2016:  Why did you join the Ambassador Committee?  There are many great reasons to be a part of the Chamber.  Not every member joins the Chamber with the same aspirations.  I joined the Ambassadors to help keep the Chamber connected to its members so that we can find ways for the members to meet those aspirations.
