Burnsville Chamber Fall Fling Wrap Up
On Thursday, October 26, the Burnsville Chamber of Commerce hosted our annual Fall Fling Clay Shooting Challenge.
Chilly temperatures didn’t stop participants from having an awesome time out at the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club in Prior Lake! A HUGE thank you to our Platinum Sponsors: Kraus-Anderson Companies and UTC Aerospace Systems. We could not have as a successful event without your support of the Chamber!
Team of four spent the afternoon each shooting 50 clay targets across twelve different stations. Thank you to our five Station Sponsors this year: Anchor Bank, Dakota Electric, EFH Company, Kraus-Anderson Companies and UTC Aerospace Systems. Participants had the opportunity to shoot a special pink clay at three different stations. If they purchased a raffle ticket and shot the pink clay, they were entered to win a $250 Visa Gift Card donated by Kraus-Anderson Companies.
Once everyone was done shooting, they returned back to the banquet room to wind down with a drink and dinner. Participants browsed the Silent Auction and made their last entries into the second raffle drawings. We ended the day announcing our award winners!
We could not put on this event without our wonderful volunteers. Thank you to the Burnsville Trap Team for helping us sell raffle tickets across the three different Stool Pigeon Stations. Thank you Anna Garcia (Anchor Bank) and Mike McKeen (zero1zero) for helping to set up the event.
Congratulations to everyone who came out with either a prize or trophy. We are looking forward to next year at the 2018 Fall Fling on September 20, 2018!
